Safe Shopper is a program that checks the website where you want to make this transaction, and verifies if it meets all the security guarantees needed to pay with a credit card. It then generates a report detailling the website and confirming if it's 100% safe to shop there or not.
Safe Shopper installs itself as a plug-in in your Internet Explorer toolbar.
